Backups: a small, useful habit
A few simple steps to keep a copy of your work.
Export regularly
After a set of changes, export a backup from My workspace. Proprioo offers XML and JSON for local demo data. A rent CSV export does not replace a backup of the whole portfolio.
Check the copy
Check that the file exists, with the right date and content. Store it securely. Document references in a backup are not the attachments themselves: keep originals separately.
Before changing devices
Demo data stays in your browser. It is not synchronised and may disappear when browser data is cleared. Export before changing devices or clearing site data. Automatic restoration from an export is not yet available in this version.
