A rental file that is easy to find
A simple structure for finding information without searching ten files.

Start with one property
Keep the address, property references, contacts and lease dates in one record. Separate property information from contract information: a new tenant should not erase the property’s history.
Name files so you can find them
Use a consistent file name: date, property and document type. Keep signed copies separate from drafts and record where the original is kept. Avoid multiple copies with no clear final version.
Review when something changes
Review contacts and documents whenever a tenant moves in, moves out or a lease changes. Use only fictional examples in the Proprioo demo; document tracking records references without hosting confidential files.
