From calculation to letter: use the free generator or prepare indexation from your lease in the software.
Two routes, one calculation
Already managing your property in Proprioo? Open Indexations in your workspace and select the lease. Just need a letter? Use the document generator without creating a portfolio. Both routes show the indices used, the calculation and a preview of the letter.
Enter the correct lease details
Enter the region, signing date, commencement date, base rent excluding charges and indexation year. Complete the requested registration and energy information. The calculation covers private main-residence leases; other regimes require a separate review.
Traceable indices
Proprioo reads Statbel’s official health-index series and displays the selected months and reference base. Supported regional rules and energy corrections are applied to your inputs. If an index is missing or a case falls outside the supported scope, calculation is blocked. Charges remain separate from rent.
Preview and download the letter
Complete the landlord, tenant and property details. Review the preview, dates, new amount and sources before confirming your check. The public generator requires an emailed code for the free download. In your workspace, download the letter and use browser printing to save a PDF. You handle delivery; no letter is automatically sent to the tenant.
Prepare future dues
In the software, schedule the new rent after confirming notification to the tenant. The effective date must be today or in the future; the original base rent is retained. Existing dues are not rewritten. If they prevent scheduling, Proprioo asks you to review the file. This is not automatic annual delivery or a retroactive arrears calculation.
The final check is yours
The landlord remains responsible for checking the indices, entered information and calculated amount, and for ensuring the indexation and letter comply with the rules governing the lease. If in doubt, obtain a review before notifying the tenant.
