A structured approach to assessing several properties.
1. Gather comparable files
Start with readable PDF files containing price, floor area and features. Comparimmo provides a workflow for selectable PDF text and comparison of up to four properties.
2. Check assumptions
Price per square metre and yield help frame questions. Check area, costs, estimated rent, works and vacancy: missing data or optimistic assumptions can change the outcome.
3. Prepare the visit and follow-up
Use the summary to prepare questions for the agent and notary. After acquisition, Proprioo helps organise management. No automatic data transfer between the platforms is active. Analysis does not replace a viewing or expert assessment.
